At Earth Fire Designs, we take pride in crafting high-quality jewelry with care and intention. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Custom Orders – No Refunds or Returns

Due to the unique and personalized nature of custom jewelry, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your piece meets your expectations.

Returns & Exchanges

For non-custom jewelry, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
✅ Items must be in their original, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging.
✅ A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
✅ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
✅ We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at earthfiredesigns13@gmail.com with your order details. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) within 5-7 business days.

Damaged Items & Shipping Claims

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Please take clear photos of the damaged package and item.
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a damage claim (links below).
  • We are happy to assist in the claim process, but refunds or replacements for shipping damages must be processed through the carrier.
